GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE VERIFICATION PROCESS

  1. Register and create account by filling the profile details.
  2. A sign up verification link will be sent to the provided email ID.
  3. An email verification link will be also be sent which will directly forward to user account
  4. Clicking the link will forward to COHSEM page.
  5. User can edit and update their personal profile
  6. Once an account is updated users can apply for their organization candidate record verification.
  7. An application letter to the COHSEM Authority is required to initiate your process. Upload your image format of application letter.
  8. After completing application letter upload, user can fill and submit their verification documents of the candidate/s (i.e. 1. ADMIT CARD, 2. CERTIFICATE & 3. MARKSHEET).
  9. All documents uploaded should be in image format.
  10. Your verification can’t be processed until the payment is not completed.
  11. Once payment process is completed, an email of payment information and verification process initiation will send to the registered email.
  12. User will get payment and verification status from ‘Verification Result’ link.
  13. Payment can be done using debit card, credit and online banking.
  14. Further modification is not allowed once payment is done.
